In this stressful world, there's a growing infatuation and interest in fly fishing . Don't you deserve a weekend away to indulge your passion and curiosity? We'll hook you up with an expert guide and lodging, whether you're a party of one or four, an office outing or a family vacation. Bring along your non-fishing spouse, and we'll offer them other local fun things to do. We have packages all over Colorado, and one day (or more) lessons in the Rocky Mt. National Park.
Whether you used a bamboo pole with your dad as a kid, or you've been playing around with the fishing pole at your cottage, or if you're a intermediate fisher and need some pointers, you've come to the right place. Lessons are customized to your specific needs, including office outings. (And bring your son or daughter with you!)
Our guides are chosen for their patience, professionalism, humor, and enthusiasm. They love to fish, but their students tell us, that their instructors love it even more when their students catch fish!
The movie "A River Runs Through It" promoted fly fishing for a lot of people. Also, the old fashion idea of etiquette and serenity. Most fishers believe that fly fishing is more satisfying, graceful, gratifying or demanding of certain skills than other means of fishing. It is more aesthetically appealing than live bait. It's a skill you can be proud of.

Prices: Prices are indicated on each page: Beginners, Intermediate, Expert, Women Only. (While our prices have remained the same for the last couple of years, please note, all prices may fluctuate slightly, with final determination will be based on number in party, special lessons needed, location and time of year.) We offer lessons only, clinics, walk-and-wade, or complete packages. We've never had anyone go away unsatisfied; it's always a fun time fly-fishing. Men and women welcome.
Optional Accommodations: Choose from Bed & Breakfast, inexpensive inn, condo, cabin, or private exclusive lodge. Based on availability. Let us know your price range and preferred style of lodging.
Maps and Info: You will be supplied with a "tips" list upon confirmation of your trip. Tips include suggestions on clothing, weather, supplies and packing, plus a map(s). It is advised that you hire a guide for at least half a day if you are not an experienced trout or fly fisher, or have not fished in Colorado. The Colorado rivers generally run faster than in other states. It can make the difference between fishing for cat fish for four hours without success versus catching a trout within 10 minutes.
Travel: The major airport is Denver International. It is about two hours from most fishing locations. All major car rental agencies have offices there.
